Person is not an object and the work must be fun

When I was a teenager, I thought about what a company is. I considered the company as an amoeba in which organizations are separated and independent.
However, when I started the company at 31 years old, I'm too busy to think about such a thing. I had to keep running for the business until I started to see signs of successors' growing up in the 19th year. The idea of company organization was started to emerge again.

At that time, I appointed Shiokawa, the current President, as my next President. President Shiokawa was just a Director in her 30s, and I was only 50 years old as well. Everyone thought I was joking when I announced the appointment of the next President.
Looking back now, I think it was the time when I thought of leaving the CEO & Director in 2014.

There are several forms of company founder. I'm the type who enjoys creating things from zero. The founder of my type remains staying in Nihon Technos will just be harmful for the company.
From the age of 66, I decided to stand on a new stage of my life, and transfer all powers to young people. I retired from the position of CEO & Director on June 13, 2014, and began to explore a new path.
I designed a new executive team. Mr. Nakata, the Executive Managing Director, who is one year senior than President Shiokawa, has been made a COO & Executive Managing Officer. And Mrs. Qi, the Executive Officer has been appointed as a Director & Managing Corporate Officer. Currently, Mr. Nakata is the Executive Vice President & COO. Mrs. Qi is Director & Executive Managing Officer. They are both capable assistants of President Shiokawa. They are elites that I have cultivated since their graduates.
As the founder, I have advocated that "Person is not an object and the work must be fun". And it has been firmly passed on to the Directors. That's why I believe that I can take on the next new challenge.
